Built for autonomous trucks

Autonomous trucks earn their keep on the road. The infrastructure behind them has to charge them quickly, inspect and service them with automated systems, and hand them back to the fleet on schedule. INFRA designs the robotics and machinery for its fully autonomous hubs that do this work for truck fleets, combining ultra-fast charging, automated maintenance and AI-driven fleet management in one facility.

What INFRA designs for truck deployments

  • Service bays sized for tractor-trailers, with robotic arms that inspect, clean and service the vehicle between runs.
  • Perception-enabled robotics that keep cameras and sensors clean and checked before a truck returns to the road.
  • Ultra-fast charging with Hub-to-Grid (H2G) communications, so parked trucks can return energy to the grid instead of straining it.
  • Automated wash, tire and inspection stations under one roof, supervised from the hub control room.
  • Real-time AI fleet management that schedules charging and maintenance around the fleet's operations.

Inside a fully autonomous hub

A fully autonomous hub is a comprehensive facility that manages, maintains, charges and optimizes autonomous vehicle fleets. For trucking, that means bays that fit a tractor-trailer, robotics that work around the vehicle, tire and wash stations next to the inspection bays, and a control room that oversees every bay. The same hub serves autonomous buses, so cities and fleets can share one facility.

Who it is for

Autonomous fleet operators, automakers, technology companies and municipalities planning autonomous truck deployments. INFRA's first fully autonomous hub was announced for Los Angeles in 2025, and the hub model is designed so any city can adopt it.
