BUSES
Robotics and machinery for autonomous electric bus fleets, from the depot to the grid.

Built for autonomous buses
Buses run on a timetable, so their infrastructure has to keep up with it. An autonomous electric bus needs to charge, be cleaned and inspected, and return to its route on time, every day. INFRA designs the robotics and machinery for its fully autonomous hubs that make this routine for bus fleets, combining ultra-fast charging, automated maintenance and AI-driven fleet management in one depot.
What INFRA designs for bus deployments
- Depot bays for full-size buses, with robotic arms that inspect, clean and service the vehicle between routes.
- Perception-enabled robotics that keep the cameras and sensors around the bus clean and checked before each departure.
- Automated wash bays, so a bus is cleaned as part of the same visit that charges and inspects it.
- Ultra-fast charging with Hub-to-Grid (H2G) communications, so a parked fleet can support the grid between routes.
- Real-time AI fleet management that schedules charging and maintenance around the timetable.
Inside a fully autonomous hub

A fully autonomous hub is a comprehensive facility that manages, maintains, charges and optimizes autonomous vehicle fleets. For buses, that means a wash bay at the entrance, inspection bays with robotics that work around the vehicle, and a control room that oversees every bay. The same hub serves autonomous trucks, so a city can run both fleets from one facility.
Who it is for
Municipalities, transit operators, automakers and technology companies planning autonomous bus deployments. INFRA's first fully autonomous hub was announced for Los Angeles in 2025, and the hub model is designed so any city can adopt it.
