PRIVACY POLICY
This policy explains what information www.infraav.com collects, how INFRA uses it and the rights you have.
Overview
INFRA Technologies Inc. ("INFRA", "we", "us") operates www.infraav.com (the "Site"). We collect only what we need to answer inquiries, send news you have asked for, consider job applications and keep the Site secure. We do not sell your information and we use no cookies or trackers. Questions: info@infraav.com.
Information We Collect
Information you give us through forms. The Site has three forms:
- Contact form (/contact): your name, email address, company (optional) and message.
- Newsletter sign-up (in the footer of every page, "Sign up to receive INFRA's news and updates"): your name and email address.
- Job application form (/submit-your-application): first name, last name, email address, phone number (optional), the position you are applying for (optional), a LinkedIn or resume URL (optional) and the "tell us about yourself" field. You may instead email your resume to info@infraav.com if you choose.
Information recorded with each submission. When you submit any form, our server also records the page the form was submitted from, the time of submission, your IP address and your browser's user-agent string.
Server logs. Like most websites, our web server keeps standard access logs for every request: IP address, requested URL, referrer, user agent and time. These logs are kept for security and troubleshooting and are rotated routinely.
Email. Emails you send to info@infraav.com, including your address and message.
How We Use Information
We use the information above to:
- respond to your inquiries and partnership requests;
- send you INFRA's news and updates if you signed up for them;
- review and consider job applications and contact applicants;
- operate, secure and troubleshoot the Site (rate limiting and spam filtering use your IP address);
- comply with applicable law and enforce our Terms of Use.
We do not sell personal information, we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not make automated decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.
Cookies and Tracking
The Site sets no cookies. It uses no analytics or advertising trackers, no social-media embeds and no third-party scripts. Fonts and images are served from our own host, so your visit is not reported to any outside service.
Sharing and Service Providers
Your information is stored on INFRA's web server, which is hosted by Amazon Web Services in the United States. A copy of each form submission is delivered to INFRA's internal team-messaging workspace so we can respond. Email is handled by our business email provider. These service providers process data only on our instructions and only to provide their services to us.
We may also disclose information when required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights or safety of INFRA or others.
The Site links to third-party websites, including press outlets and the Google Drive folder that hosts our media kit. Those sites are governed by their own privacy policies.
Data Retention
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above. Stored form submissions are reviewed periodically and deleted when no longer needed. Server logs are rotated routinely. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see Your Rights). If you signed up for the newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time by emailing info@infraav.com.
Your Rights
Wherever you live, you may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it for a particular purpose. To make a request, email info@infraav.com. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request.
California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it, the right to delete it, the right to correct inaccurate information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.
The categories of personal information we collect, as described above, are: identifiers (name, email address, phone number, IP address); professional or employment-related information (position applied for, LinkedIn or resume URL, what you tell us about yourself); and internet activity (server logs and form-submission details). We use them for the purposes listed in How We Use Information and disclose them only to the service providers described above. We do not sell or share personal information.
Visitors from the EEA and UK
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our lawful bases for processing are: your consent for the newsletter, which you can withdraw at any time; and our legitimate interests, or steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, for responding to inquiries, considering job applications and keeping the Site secure. Your information is transferred to and stored in the United States. In addition to the rights above, you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Children
The Site is not directed to anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, email info@infraav.com and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including HTTPS for all traffic and an access-controlled server. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
