Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using www.infraav.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms") and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. The Site is operated by INFRA Technologies Inc. ("INFRA", "we", "us").

Use of the Site

You may use the Site to learn about INFRA, contact us, sign up for our news and updates and apply for open positions, for your own personal or business-information purposes. You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl or harvest content or data from the Site by automated means, except as permitted by our robots.txt file;
• interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers or the networks connected to it, or impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
• attempt to probe, breach or circumvent the Site's security or authentication measures, or access data not intended for you;

You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal or internal business-information use, keeping all proprietary notices intact.

Members of the press and INFRA's partners may use the logos provided on our Media Kit page for editorial reference to INFRA, unaltered and in accordance with the guidelines on that page. No other license or right to use the Site's content or INFRA's marks is granted, whether by implication or otherwise, without our prior written permission.

Careers and Applications

Submitting an application through the Site, or emailing your resume to us, does not create any obligation on INFRA to interview, hire or otherwise engage you, and does not create an employment relationship. All information you provide in an application must be truthful and complete. We may keep applications on file and use them as described in our Privacy Policy.

Press Releases and Forward-Looking Statements

Press releases and news items on the Site speak only as of their respective dates. They may contain forward-looking statements about INFRA's plans, timelines, projects and the markets in which we operate, including third-party market estimates. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
